Precision gear rack made of steel 16MnCr5 module 2 500mm long without bores; teeth hardened and all sides ground; teeth RH 19°31”42″ PN: 25160300
Material: 16MnCr5, teeth induction hardened
to about 60 HRC. After hardening ground all around.
As only the teeth are hardened subsequent drilling and pinning is easily possible.
